Crispy Pakora Recipe
Pakoray is a popular traditional food in Pakistan. This is a must made snack in Monsoon. Follow this easy recipe and make lip smacking pakora.
Ingredients
- Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
- Apna Canola Oil
- Onions 2
- Salt to tatse
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Green chilles 2 to 3
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Red chilli 1 tbsp (chopped)
Cooking Directions
- Combine gram flour, baking soda, onions, coriander, mint and all spices in a bowl.
- Add water to make a thick mixture.
- When the mixture is ready, fry it in hot apna canola oil in the form of pakoras.
- Tasty pakoras are ready.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
- Tip:If Apna Banaspati Ghee (or Apna Canola Oil) sizzles in fry pan, sprinkle a pinch of plain flour or whole wheat flour in it. The oil will stop sizzling.
